What is the best way to contact?

How long will it take to get my photos?
Turnaround time is determined by the type of shoot that is done. Generally, you should receive your pictures within 2-3 weeks. We will confirm turnaround time after the shoot.
How early should I book?
Generally, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but can vary based on what kind of shoot is being done. If you have a deadline, a month in advance is usually safe.
Am I allowed to print the photos that you deliver to me?
Absolutely! We do not have size or print restrictions either, and you can rest assured there will be no watermarks. We strive to make it hassle-free for you in every aspect.
Do you deliver RAW files?
We shoot and edit every picture in RAW to ensure the maximum amount of exposure and color information is available for editing, however, we deliver edited and finished high-resolution .JPEG files. We do not include RAW files in our packages. If you are extremely interested in having the RAW files, these are available with an additional fee and agreement.
How do I prep for my photoshoot?
We understand this may be your first shoot and you might not know what to expect. No worries! We will make it as stress-free as possible for you at the shoot, but here are some things you can do prior to your shoot to make it even easier. We recommend finding inspiration for poses on Pinterest or Instagram, then practicing them in front of a mirror.
How do I get my photos after?
Your photos will be delivered to you in an online gallery via Google Drive. A link will be sent to your preferred method of communication and from there you can view, download, and print high resolution files to your heart’s content. If you are unable to receive pictures by that method and would like them to be delivered another way, please let us know after the shoot. A small fee may be added.
Is your coverage consecutive?
Yes, all hours of coverage are consecutive. For example, if you’ve hired us for 8 hours and wanted us to start at 1PM, we would be finished at 9PM.

Do you travel?
Yes, we can travel wherever we are needed! A travel and accommodation fee will be added. The amount of up-charge depends entirely on the destination.
